Can I choose my own garage?
Yes. French law lets you choose the repairer you want, even if your insurer suggests another one.
Do I have to pay up front?
No, if the repair is covered: we invoice your insurer directly. You only pay your excess, if any.
Can you lend me a car?
Yes, free of charge, subject to availability and with a valid driving licence. We can also collect your car and bring it back to you.
How long does the assessment take?
24 to 72 hours on average. We chase the assessor if needed.
Do I need an appointment?
For an insurance claim, you can drop by without an appointment from Tuesday to Friday, 8 am to 11 am. Otherwise, request a quote online or call us.
