Only what you send through the quote or contact form: name, phone number, email, vehicle information, description and photos of the damage, message.

Use

This information is used only to prepare your quote, reply to you and follow up on your file. It is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Recipients and retention

Requests are sent by email to the workshop and are not stored on the website’s server. They are kept for no more than three years after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

The website and the email service are hosted in France by OVH SAS.

Cookies and analytics

The website sets no cookies and uses no tracking tools. No data is passed on to third parties when you visit.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability by writing to contact@lacarrosserie.fr.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

This English version is provided for information. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
